Aaron Dwyer graduated from McGavock High School and attended Belmont, College at the time, on a baseball scholarship, but soon determined he wasn’t going to play baseball for a living. Aaron left Belmont after 3 semesters and enrolled in the Apprentice Professional program with the Professional Golfers Association of America and worked as an Apprentice Assistant PGA pro at Ravenwood CC in Hermitage, TN; Lebanon CC Lebanon, TN; The Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL; before coming back to the Nashville area and Ravenwood CC and finishing up his golf career. Aaron used his experience and connections from his time in the golf industry to become the #1 Golf Course Home Specialist in Middle Tennessee.

Aaron’s departure from the golf business was more of necessity than desire as he found himself in need of a career with more stability. Aaron Dwyer joined the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in 1993 and enjoyed a career that included many performance awards, multiple exemplary service medals and nearly 13 years as a Metro Nashville police officer. During this time, Aaron learned nearly every highway, by-way, alley way and right-of-way in and around Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Aaron gained unsurpassed knowledge of local law, negotiation, and an expertise in managing personal relations and human behavior at every social level.
Aaron Dwyer received Bachelor’s Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2001 and subsequently obtained his Tennessee Affiliate broker’s license in 2006 after getting into the real estate “flipping” business with friends. Aaron left the police department a short time later and after the real estate market reset in 2006, he became a Criminal Justice instructor at Mount Juliet High School, where he coached both baseball and the men’s and women’s golf teams. In 2007, after attempting to join the United States Department of State’s program foreign police officer instructor program, Aaron went into sales full-time. Aaron soon learned how to sit across from prospective customer s at the family table and help them understand the “why” of what he was selling. A consultative sales star was born.
Aaron has learned many things during his tenure in the sales industry, but probably the most important thing is how to treat prospects, his clients and customers; how to determine what they expect; and how to exceed their expectations. Aaron now lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife Michele and their children, Jagger, Claire and Caitlyn. His pride in Middle Tennessee and all of the great things Nashville and this area has to offer makes will probably keep him a Nashvillian forever.
